Colonial Management Group believes that addiction to heroin and other opiates is a disease. Colonial Management Group runs methadone treatment centers to help addicts overcome addiction to heroin, opium and opiate-based prescriptions. We use methadone treatment as a way to relieve the craving for heroin, and opiate-based prescription drugs (Dilaudid, Percodan, Percocet, Propoxyphene). Our goal is to treat our patients with dignity and respect in each phase of their treatment experience.

The Center was founded in 1961 and, for over 45 years, The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment has been helping those with chemical use addictions and the problems associated with drug and alcohol abuse. The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
