West Central Behavioral Health is a nonprofit, community-based, mental health organization serving the needs of individuals and families in New Hampshire\'s lower Grafton and Sullivan Counties.
We offer a wide range of specialized services for individuals of every age who are struggling with emotional, behavioral or addictive disorders. Since mental health disorders occur across a spectrum, from mild to severe, West Central Behavioral Health tailors its services accordingly. We provide a full continuum of care, including outpatient, emergency, case management, residential and continuing care services. Our unique alliance with Dartmouth-Hitchcock allows us to coordinate hospital-based services.
